Thomas is a Managing Director and Chief Executive at Capital Dynamics, a position he has held since 1999. Thomas is also a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and the Investment Committee at Capital Dynamics. Previously, he was the head of private equity at Partners Group and a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He began his career as an aerospace engineer at the Space Division of Oerlikon Contraves. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and an MBA from IMD.
