Cynthia Duda

Cynthia Duda is a Managing Director in the Investment Management team of Capital Dynamics. She has over 20 years’ experience in private equity, M&A, and financial management. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, Cynthia was the director of Alternative Investments for the North Carolina Retirement System and a managing director of the private equity fund of funds for BancBoston Capital. She has also worked for W.R. Grace, Exxon Research and Engineering and the Solar Energy Research Institute. Cynthia holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
