Martha Cassidy

Martha Cassidy is a Director in the Investment Management team at Capital Dynamics and co-heads the secondary program. She has over 20 years of experience in private equity as a general partner with various funds including predecessors of JP Morgan Partners and Mid-Ocean Partners. In addition, she has several years of operating experience as an executive managing a private equity-backed manufacturing company. Martha holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Wellesley College.
