United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment

Capital Dynamics is pleased to confirm that it has become a signatory of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (the “PRI”) on December 19, 2008.

Initiated by the United Nations and launched in April 2006, the PRI are a voluntary set of global best practices for socially responsible investing.  The principles aim to provide an internationally accepted framework to help investors integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues into traditional financial analysis, investment decision-making and ownership practices.

Capital Dynamics acknowledges the important role and impact of financial markets in coping with current global challenges such as climate change, globalization, growth and aging of population, and scarcity of resources, just to name a few.  Capital Dynamics shares the growing view among investment professionals that ESG issues can positively affect the performance of investments and agrees on the importance of the guidelines.
