Helen is a Managing Director, Head of US Primaries and a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee. She has over 25 years of private equity and management consulting experience. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, Helen was Managing Partner of Arborist Capital and previous to that, Partner and Co-Head of US Fund Investments at AlpInvest Partners. Earlier in her career, she worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co., Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mitchell Madison Group and McKinsey & Company. Helen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Philosophy from Boston College and an MBA in Finance and Product and Venture Development from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
