Capital Dynamics has been active in the Spanish market for more than 20 years, a commitment formalized in 2024 with the opening of a Madrid office led by Constantinos Economou - Senior Managing Director, Business Development Europe, and Emiliano Vovard - Director, Clean Energy.
Spain is now home to the largest share of the firm's clean energy assets, with approximately USD 282 million invested locally across solar projects in Andalusia, Aragon and Cadiz. Capital Dynamics operates as both investor and operator in this space, directly negotiating power purchase agreements with energy buyers. Its European clean energy portfolio totals 2.2 GW, with more than 50 exited projects and over 30 PPAs completed.
Alongside clean energy, the firm offers access to its private equity platform, focused on mid-market companies valued between EUR 100 million and EUR 1.5 billion across primaries, secondaries and direct investment strategy.
Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, Capital Dynamics managed more than USD 15 billion in assets across 14 offices globally.
