Oliver further elaborated on the rising trend in deal flow for mid-market co-investments, highlighting Capital Dynamics’ continued emphasis on maintaining a selective approach. Successfully achieving a final close at USD 578m, surpassing its USD 500m target in May 2022, MMD V started deploying in 2020. It boasts an impressive record of diversification across vintages, executing approximately 10 transactions annually from an opportunity pipeline of over 200. Capital Dynamics’ co-investment strategy offers LPs the opportunity to diversify their portfolios while benefitting from a reduced fee structure.
