Capital Dynamics Clean Energy Achieves Top GRESB Rankings in 2025 for Renewable Power

LONDON, October 2, 2025 – Capital Dynamics, an independent global private asset management firm, announced today that its Clean Energy platform has once again set the benchmark for Responsible Investment excellence, earning top distinctions from GRESB, the leading global ESG benchmark for real estate and infrastructure investment, in the 2025 global rankings.

Each year, GRESB assesses and benchmarks the ESG performance of assets worldwide, providing investors with clarity and insights on complex sustainability topics. In 2025, Capital Dynamics Clean Energy and Infrastructure VII SCSp (“CEI VII”) earned the prestigious 5-Star GRESB rating, with an exceptional score of 99 out of 100 at both Fund and Asset Level.

At the Fund Level, CEI VIII achieved the no. 1 ranking in the Renewable Power Sector in Europe, as well as the no. 1 position across several benchmarks, including:

-          GRESB Score within Renewable Power

-          GRESB Score within Renewable Power – Europe

-          GRESB Score within Renewable Power  - Private

-          Management Score

-          Management Score within Renewable Power

-          Performance Score within Renewable Power

 

At the Asset Level, CEI VII ranked first in On-Shore Wind Power Generation – Europe alongside no. 1 rankings for Performance Score and Performance Score within Renewable Power: Wind Power Generation.

 

The GRESB Assessments are guided by what investors and the industry consider to be material issues in the sustainability performance of asset investments and are aligned with international reporting frameworks, goals and emerging regulations. These results highlight Capital Dynamics’ long-standing commitment to Responsible Investment practices and its leadership in advancing the renewable energy transition while supporting Europe’s energy security.
