Milan, 16 October 2026 - Quadrivio Group announces that Capital Dynamics, the global private asset management firm, has joined CareHub’s shareholder base. CareHub is a platform operating in the outpatient diagnostics and community healthcare sectors. Since 2024, CareHub has been part of the Silver Economy Fund, Quadrivio Group’s private equity fund focused on investments in longevity and healthcare.
Capital Dynamics, through its Direct Investment strategy, invested €14 million in Celsus Holding S.r.l., a company wholly owned by the Silver Economy Fund, with the aim of further supporting and accelerating the platform’s growth. The transaction marks another important milestone in CareHub’s development and will enable the group to strengthen its national expansion plan, accelerate the completion of acquisitions currently in the pipeline, and consolidate existing facilities.
With Capital Dynamics joining as co-investor, Quadrivio Group’s total investment rises to €50 million. This follows the entry of The Equity Club (“TEC”), the club deal promoted by Mediobanca, which in April 2026 subscribed a €50 million capital increase in Brexia Med, the holding company of CareHub. Quadrivio Group and TEC remain equal co-investors in QTEC, the vehicle that holds the majority stake in CareHub and over which they exercise joint control. CareHub’s founding shareholders, Gianluca Santoro, Alessandro Bartucci and Valentina Rossi, will continue to play an active role in the shareholder base and in management, driving the growth strategy, strengthening the clinics’ presence in their core regions and supporting new openings in Italian regions not yet covered.
Following the latest acquisitions of TFM, Magalini Medica and Centro Medico Blugallery, completed in July 2026, CareHub now comprises 20 acquisitions and 31 multispecialty outpatient clinics, with revenues exceeding €60 million and EBITDA of approximately €10 million.
The shared goal of all investors is to build an integrated community healthcare platform generating over €100 million in revenues, establishing CareHub as a leading player in Italy’s diagnostics and local healthcare sector. CareHub is based on a hub-and-spoke model that combines traditional outpatient services, advanced diagnostics and innovative technological solutions to meet the growing demand for high-quality, accessible healthcare services available across local communities.
The transaction was led by Dario Di Iorio, Investment Director at Quadrivio Group.
Walter Ricciotti, CEO of Quadrivio Group, commented on the transaction as follows: “Capital Dynamics’ entry represents an important endorsement of CareHub’s potential. This investment will enable us to further accelerate its development, drive new investments and swiftly complete the acquisitions already in the pipeline. We are committed to building a leading platform in diagnostics and community healthcare, with the goal of reaching €100 million in revenues while creating value for patients and our investors.”
Dario Di Iorio, Investment Director at Quadrivio Group, added: “Capital Dynamics’ entry demonstrates that an international investor, too, believes in the strength of the CareHub project. Together with the management team and our co-investors, we are building more than just a group of outpatient clinics: we are developing an integrated platform organised into regional clusters, where facilities, diagnostic services and, above all, physicians work together, sharing expertise and care pathways to provide patients with more comprehensive healthcare closer to home. Our acquisition pipeline is already well defined: these resources will enable us to execute it more quickly, strengthening existing clusters and opening new ones.”
Andrew Bernstein, Senior Managing Director and Head of Private Equity at Capital Dynamics, stated: “We are delighted to partner with Quadrivio, The Equity Club and CareHub’s management team, whose track record in building healthcare platforms in Italy gives us strong conviction in the next phase of the company’s growth.”
Lorenzo Cirio, Principal on Capital Dynamics’ Direct Investments team, added: “We are pleased to support an entrepreneurial management team whose growth strategy aligns with our own. Healthcare is one of the sectors in which we continue to invest through our Direct Investment strategy. We are proud to back Italian SMEs and to contribute actively to the efficiency of Italy’s regional healthcare systems, in line with our ESG objectives.”
Quadrivio Group was advised by Chiomenti, with a team led by Partner Salvo Arena and comprising Filippo Corsini, Nicolò Dejuri and Maria Giulia Casertano.
Capital Dynamics was advised by Bird & Bird, with a team led by Of Counsel Daniele Raynaud and comprising Elena Beccegato, Angelo Fiorello and Ludovica Adamo.
