January 13, 2026 – Capital Dynamics, a global private asset management firm, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with a Fortune 500 Global Company, enabling more clean and secure energy for Italy’s power grids via three of the country’s largest solar photovoltaic projects. Together, the projects have an aggregate annual generation capacity in excess of 0.5 TWh.
The long-term PPA agreement highlights the strength of Capital Dynamics’ strategy of acquiring high-quality, ready-to-build assets, de-risking them by bringing them into operation and stabilizing cash flows via PPAs.
